Abstract

The segment of people of determination constitutes a large percentage of society, so It is worth paying attention to It and knowing the problems It faces. Therefore, this research aimed to assess the satisfaction of people of determination with the tourism services and programs provided to them through tourism companies and establishments, evaluate them, and work on Improving and developing them. The concept of People of determination and the tourism services provided to them and the factors that affect their satisfaction with them and the challenges they face and hinder their satisfaction with the services provided to them. Of recommendations:

Work on preparing a comprehensive guide that includes all the appropriate tourist facilities that are prepared to receive people of determination.
Work to encourage investment in this type of tourism.
Work on the need to hold conferences and seminars to raise awareness of this type of tourism.
Work on motivating tourism companies by providing tourism programs and means of transportation equipped for this segment
