Abstract
Servant leadership plays an important role in increasing the competitiveness of organizations by showing more loyalty and belonging to the organization and increasing the behavior of organizational citizenship and increasing the level of performance. Therefore, the current research aims to identify the impact of the dimensions of servant leadership on the behavior of organizational citizenship for employees in tourism companies category (A .In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the two researchers used the analytical descriptive approach, and the study sample was selected from the employees of the Egyptian tourism companies, category (A). The most important findings of the study are the existence of a statistically significant relationship between the dimensions of servant leadership and the behavior of organizational citizenship. The study presented several recommendations, including the need for management to pay attention to the personal well-being of subordinates and allocate a specific time to talk to them about their private affairs and try to provide solutions to the problems they face. And holding workshops on Servant leadership pattern and how to activate it properly.
