Abstract

The concept of international arbitration in investment management, which seeks to achieve the goal of continuity in the world of competition, and there is no doubt that foreign investments represent a major support for the economies of countries.
The study aims to highlight the impact of international arbitration on foreign tourism investments in Egypt, through basic elements that considered as the elements of the study, which are the impact of international arbitration on the economic performance of the tourism sector. In addition to identifying the most important problems of the international arbitration in the tourism sector. And to achieve the aim of the research, the study depended on sample of managers in Tourism investment companies in Egypt and The Specialists in international arbitration; a set of questions covering the different elements of the research and obtained their feedback which helped us form the conclusions and outcomes of this research.
The results of the study showed there is a relationship between international arbitration and the tourism sector in Egypt.
